Chemlube Motor Oil, specification…Property and Functions of Lubricant Base Materials :

METALLIC COMPABILITY Affinity to stay on metal surfaces to prevent Friction

HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX Give high oil stability in hot operating conditions during traffic jams/high speed driving giving complete lubrication

HIGH DETERGENT PROPERTIES Prevent oxidization& sludge formation keeping engines clean thereby promoting engine efficiency and better fuel mileage.

LOW VOLATILITY Maintains consistent oil viscosity(thickness) through variable engine operations providing for optimum performance consistently.

SULPHUR CONTENT Low sulphur content prevents sulphuric acid formation which causes engine corrosion especially useful in diesel & turbo engine

BASE MATERIAL COST High cost deterring wide lubricant market usage

So the first one…my review, using 10W 40 Chemlube motor oil…

A) METALLIC COMPABILITY - Affinity to stay on metal surfaces to prevent Friction

- this one not to sure how to check it out…heee…

B) HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX Give high oil stability in hot operating conditions during traffic jams/high speed driving giving complete lubrication

- ahaaa…this one…yes it surely did, high revving during afternoon is really-really excellence…better then my previous engine oil…

C) HIGH DETERGENT PROPERTIES Prevent oxidization& sludge formation keeping engines clean thereby promoting engine efficiency and better fuel mileage.

- last night, did a little check-up on my engine…open up the oil cap…to my suprise…the head was cleaner then what I’ve expected…only after 1500km only…Chemlube motor oil really did thier job…

here are some picture of the current head conditions…after high revving…emoticon

Closer…engine heat also can be seen on the pic…heee

Even closer…you can see the spark plug "tubing" shines…superb…no more carbon deposit…

D) LOW VOLATILITY Maintains consistent oil viscosity(thickness) through variable engine operations providing for optimum performance consistently

- I suppose the oil are doing their job superbly…

E) SULPHUR CONTENT Low sulphur content prevents sulphuric acid formation which causes engine corrosion especially useful in diesel & turbo engine

- no more sulphur build up…as seen on the 3rd picture above, you can see the previous sulphur deposit build up…
- what is sulphur ? sulfur is an abundant tasteless odorless multivalent nonmetallic element; best known in yellow crystals;

F) BASE MATERIAL COST High cost deterring wide lubricant market usage

- another reason why I choose chemlube…expensive to produce maybe due to the ester base…

Conclusion…i’m very satisfied with Chemlube Motor Oil…this will be my engine oil…

So guys…what do you think…? I’m sure you will suprise with the results…try it…
